Arulumaya is one of the characters that got the FLB last year and it improved her skills a lot transforming her from a veilbot with no other value to a great supporter for your earth team. She's extremely valuable if you are running solo.
She brings
1) 35% combined ATK down (25% normal + 10% elemental)
2) Veil and 10% skill damage cap up
3) Delay
4) A random party wide buff (or all three of them together if you are lucky and get the golden globe) between
a) 20% echo (doesn't stack with rosetta)
b) 20% DA 10% TA
c) 50% chance to do 20% more damage (crit).
5) 10% charge boost to all characters on ougi.
The RNG element in her fourth skill is something that people may dislike, but even with the randomness all the buffs are good so you are not going to get too much sad if you don't get the exact buff you need (unlike the christmas version we'll talk about in the future).
I generally like to pair her together with Mahira because they complement each other pretty well (Mahira brings 40% def down).
