Earth doesn't have many good swords or katana MH to use in this class yet, but as long as you have an Ultima sword everything will work alright as you can see from this video.
I brought Cain despite not being a sword user because I needed to cap def down while still bringing only Mist on MC. He worked pretty decently anyway despite not receiving anything from the Ultima Sword.
