KCM Minato, or should I say Reanimation, has finally dropped into the game as out 1st character for the 2nd anniversary of NxB! So how is he? Jutsu description below.
His ultimate, Flying Raijin: Jiku Shippu Senko Rennodan Zeroshiki, has Minato throw his kunais around him, and teleport mulitple times, dealing damage and causing a massive explosion with a rasengan at the end. It inflicts slowed movement [Effect: Large]. It raises the attack, evasion, and movement speed of you and your allies on the same floor [Effect: Large].
His 4*, Whirlwind Whisper: Clone Kagura, sends out a clone that triggers traps. When it hits something, it does the Kagura attack like the 4* re-kit jutsu from his OG kit. It deals increased damage to slowed units.
His first 3*, Rasengan: Flash, has Minato teleport forward, dealing damage and inflicting enemies with slow movement [Effect: Medium]. He also increases his own movement speed [Effect: Medium]. This is NOT an iFrame, and is basically similar to his OG kit's first ultimate.
His second 3*, Senko Rasen Hansha Level: Zeroshiki, has Minato set up for a counter. When he is damaged, he deals damage and increases his attack, critical hit rate, and defense [Effect: Medium]. This is an iFrame, but it is a counter-type iFrame.
Overall, he's solid. A monster in SAM #23 for sure though. For attack missions, he's not quite great as he is an Attack-type and is extremely squishy. His clone is like Naruto V1's clone and is hard countered by bear traps. It also uses the Kagura mechanic of his old kit, which sucks. His Rasengan: Flash is also oddly not an iFrame. His ultimate at lvl 1 is also 120 seconds unfortunately and is basically his old re-kit ultimate, with buffs. A fun and solid character overall, though not anniversary material, in my opinion.
