Setelah kepergian sang raja bajak laut yaitu Gol D Roge para bajak laut era baru mulai bermunculan mereka berasal dari Lautan yang ada di dunia one piece, nah lautan di One Piece sendiri dibagi menjadi 4 lautan yaitu South Blue Nort Blue West Blue dan East Blue. dari ke 4 lautan tersebut orang orang dari East Blue sering diangap lemah oleh para bajak laut, tetapi benarkah seperti itu?
