base on his Lv100, CA from dodge rate boost change to 1 time Other Self, 1st skill change to Adversity and 60% echoes buff, 2nd skill change to 1 turn 100% hostility up and 6 hits counter on dodge/damage, his 3rd skill change to inflict Petrified and Accuracy Lower debuff, Gate of Demon and damage cap up buff is move passive as Heavenly Howl which raise by 1 at end of turn and 2 lowers when take damage, it also boost to TA rate base on Heavenly Howl stack, similar gimmick to both Hallessena, Light Charlotta and after rebalance Siete and another passive also change to nuke after boss use special attack

overall I think he is better, even after rebalance he still be hit hard character but with more team survibility with his new 2nd skill along with his Other Self from CA which work similar to Andira’s Infinite Divernity but cost with slower ramp, amout of buff per stack and maximum of buff are decreased (50% per stack, max at 255% to 35% per stack max at 210%) anyway​ it​ still​ huge amout but still can hit hard on for 3 turns since start due 1st skill buff, he back to where he use to be, plain damage will decreased his stack also he become completely unuseable on boss that has AoE attack due no more unchallenge every 3 turns and dodge rate boost anyway I somehow miss his self clarity and 10% boost to gauge

Pros
-have higher damage cap, even without 1st skill but damage cap up from Heavenly Howl is 3% per stack that mean it’s will be 18% at max while previous from his 1st skill max at 15%
-Adversity buff along with 60% echoes buff is broken
-new 2nd skill make him harder to get damage from boss as long as that boss isn’t deal AoE normal attack and you can use 2nd skill along with Other Self from CA to tank boss’s multi hits CA
-new 3rd can be helpful at some time but don’t much expect from it
-his echoes now​ will​ stack with​ Ferry’s passive or​ PG​ fist

Cons
-compare to character with similar gimmick, he don’t have skill which raises stack like other character which cause him for slower ramp, after 1st skill is run out of duration you will have to wait until his stack is max so that he will able to hit hard again​ (around​ 4th-5th turn​ that​ his damage​ will​ drop)​
-according to GBF’s website he may harder to hit cap against boss that have high defense value due buff per stack and maximum are decreased
-less friendly to​ newbie or​ uncomplete grid​ player
