Sarunan is a lot more fun and useful now, definitely will use him more when I have the chance
Sarunan:
1) Healing specs are finally no longer dispellable. His ougi now lasts 4 turns of light atk which is amazing on light
2) his 3 is now a straight heal with debuff removal which is awesome and more useful
3) His 1 now gives crests which means synergy with hal mal and reduced damage from enemies thanks to his new passive
4) his holy spike actually helps him do damage now in the form of ougi specs
5) his 4 being available from the get go and having way less cd makes it a lot better as u can get a free light atk buff from turn 1 and have a cd reset ready to go later on.
Lucio:
1) he now has revitalize and 20% stamina on his 1 which is huge in light. In addition his shield lasts forever now.
2) his 2 now gives a stack of his revamped wings buff. at 6 stacks, he becomes insanely strong. 30% unique attack (i think), 20% cap up, 1k heal per turn (10% strength). He also gains 100% da. And yes his dual hit gives 2 stacks
3) His 3 now guarantees TA and has 100% dark cut instead.
4) His passive is now adjusted to be the same as Olivias
overall? Lucio is insanely strong now. A really solid attacker and support.
as for sarunan? his state is basically the same. most of his changes are QoL. Hes a lot better in hard fights now at least
