after FLB Yngwie become more hit hard especially his ougi in Tough Guy mode which deal unworldly(900%) damage and with 4th skill which much more like self only 4th Siete's skill but only hin that hit hard and he still lack of team utility provide (exclude tanking with high hostility), 1st skill also still drain too much gauge from allies it would be better if he drain like how Amira drain cuz other water chara need to ougi to provide some buff and water need a lot of buff to deal highly damage, anyway he's good character to use if you don't have 2 water Eternal/Juutenshu but for Altair and Quatre are already take place in my team and I already have Vajra for provide more buff and I will FLB Uno soon too. I rate him for 9.0
