Summer Heles is the best version of Heles that got rebalanced last year and bring us more despair considering how better she is compared to the original fire version.
She sports a decent Overdrive assassin boosted by the fact that she has a passive that increases the damage against by OD enemies by 40% (unique mod).
She also can raise charge bar for the whole party through ougi/first skill and can get three turns of guaranteed TA every 8 using her third skill (at the cost of 30% charge bar).
All in all she's a solid unit and one that I want to play more with once I get my hands on a Ultima spear at the anniversary.
