And here we are talking about the FLB that the sparky old man finally received. The fight is against Celeste Omega Impossible which is a boss with an higher def rating compared to usual bosses (like GW) leading to considerably reduced damage for all characters.
The upgrades are pretty straightforward:
1) His ougi echo raises from 20% to 30%
2) His ougi gives a buff that allows his delay to trigger twice
3) His third skill gets a shorter cooldown, a 50% skill damage cap up and a one turn delayed double strike.
4) He gets a fourth skill with CA Instant standby and that resets all other cooldown.
With these new upgrades he feels a lot more playable than he was before, especially when playing solo.
Double delay every 6 turns is extremely powerful and his light def down is always useful to cap in fights where it's hard to land debuffs like in this one (near the end celeste was almost impossible to land debuff on).
Double strike will increase considerably the damage output even if timing all the skills perfectly can take some concentration.
A shame there's still no banter between him and the Levin Sisters even after FLB. *cries*
