Last in the basic coverage of the new class we have the water element where it's really hard to try and make this class work due to the lack of swords with good ougi effects (unless you have an Ultima Sword/Katana made for this element).
In the end I decided to use one gacha weapon (Izayoi) and one collab weapon (Tsurumaru Kuninaga) preferring to ougi as much as possible with the second.
I was expecting this to be a meme, but it turned out better than I expected. The Delay on ougi is extremely useful and seem to have a relatively high debuff chance.
Unfortunately there's no way to get this weapon unless they decide to rerun the Touken Ranbu Collab.
