Vania/Vampy's FLB is here and she's really amazing. She got a lot stronger than she was before and I think she's a good candidate to be rated 9.5 based on the changes.
The changes were:
1) Ougi now has 30% ougi cap up against charmed enemies and gives 2 Vampyr Drops
2) Passive gives Vampy 10% Echo, 15% normal atk modifier and increased DA/TA (not calculated yet) based on the number of vampyr drop she has (max 2)
3) First skill now has a proper cap (1 mil+) and inflict 25% dark def down when consuming a vampyr drop
4) Third skill now got a more reasonable cooldown (8 instead of 10), drain (helping stamina) and if you consume a Vampyr drop the buff becomes stronger and unremovable (50% unique mod atk, 50% def, guaranteed TA for 3 turns)
5) She got also dagger proficiency in order to be used together with Ferry, Veight, etc..
