Howdy everyone! I just wanted to pop in real quick and make a few announcements!
First off, as you may have noticed, a new video dropped today – and it's a chunky one – so I hope y'all enjoy that! Also, be sure to stick around after the outro for that video, because I used the last five minutes or so to discuss the poll that I had put up following Episode 20 – the one regarding the two different approaches the Task Force wanted to take in regard to dealing with Yotsuba-Kira.
Now, secondly, I wanted to say thank-you to all the people who took the time to congratulate my wife and I on our first child. The last couple of months have been… well, they've been pretty amazing – stressful, too (oh boy have they been fucking stressful, lol); but, also incredibly rewarding. But, yeah – thank-you all for the kind words; and for being understanding about my stepping away for a bit.
Anyway, thirdly – I wanted to let y'all know that I've actually gone ahead and created a Patreon (because this kid is expensive af, lmao). I'm not gonna be pushing it too hard right now since it's the holidays and what not; but I did go ahead and upload my whole backlog of videos, which can be accessed in the $2 Tier (and above) – so y'all can watch Ad-Free if that's something you're interested in. I also went ahead and included the scripts to the videos if that's something you're into.
Also (and this might be of more interest to y'all) the video for Episode 22 is currently live on the Patreon for the $5 Tier (and above); as well as a sort of “re-do” of the first five Episodes that I did back in 2022 and never released. Those videos were made when I was considering taking the channel in a different direction, so they're shorter and more succinct; so I just went ahead and combined them into a single 38 minute video. So, when combined with Episode 22 it's about an extra hour's worth of new-ish content on there at the moment.
Also, also – as you get into the higher tiers you'll get shouted out in videos + you can have the opportunity to be a part of raffles to record my intros the way I had my friends n' family do occasionally (see the videos for Episodes 2 through 5 for examples.) I know I saw some of you requesting that in the comments section.
But, yeah – starting next year I'll be utilizing the Patreon more – but, for now, I just wanted to let y'all know about it.
