Boruto Manga Chapter 46 revealed the truth to Naruto and Sasuke about Isshiki Otsutsuki, who was Kaguya Otsutsuki Partner when she came to earth. Naruto and Sasuke learned that Boruto Uzumaki will die in the future by the hands of Momoshiki Otsutsuki if he does nothing about the Karma seal on his hand. In this video, we use evidence from the anime and manga to explain how Kaguya got pregnant to create the Sage of six paths Hagoroma and Hamura, as well as why Isshiki Otsutsuki survived for 1000 years in JIGEN. Isshiki Otsutsuki wants to create a god tree with the ten tails to bear a chakra fruit so he can eat it or give it back to the clan.
