Olive oiled stuffed vine leaves.
Ingredients-
Vine leaves
3 onions
3 peppers
5 garlic cloves
Parsley
Half a kilo of rice
Can Tomato
Salt/ black pepper/ red chilli flakes/ dry mint/ cumin / lemon or lemon salt/ olive oil.
One table spoon of tomato purée.

to make :
Chop all onions, garlic and peppers up, fry them on a low heat. Add your tomato purée seasonings and can of tomato. Add your rice in, once you have added your rice you can cook it on a low heat 10 minutes, then just before you close the heat add your parsley in and close the lid.
I usually have vine leaves at home in the freezer, I just take it out a few hours before to defrost them, as I have vine leaves in my garden I make sure I pick them in the summer so I've got them ready for winter. If you do not have any at home you can always purchase vine leaves in the supermarkets.
As seen on the video I use the rice filling and wrap them up as thin as I can, the thinner the better… once you have completed; add your water just like I have until the last layer of my stuffed vine leaves… 10 minutes before closing the heat add your olive oil and close the heat, Bon appetit 🥰😋
