Juliet is another good Light character that got overshadowed by the recent onslaught of new light characters. She's a pretty solid auto attacker that also provide defensive abilities that can stay up almost permanently.
She has:
1) first skill provides 20% cut to damage, 20% light atk (both 5 turns out of 6) and inflict 20% light def down
2) Second skill provides revitalize, 50% def up and shield to one character.
3) Third skill refresh her stacks (cost 20% charge bar)
4) Whenever she has a stack she has 30% unique atk modifier and 30% def up. She uses one stack at every attack. recover 5 stacks every 5 turns.
As you can see from the video, managing her stacks isn't hard at all. Especially if you get her EMP skill that gives 50% chance to not use stacks when activating skills.
All in all I'd still like for her to get rebalanced a bit, but I don't think she needs a massive buff to be relevant, just some tweak here and there.
