Carmelina is one of the oldest characters in the game being released the 13 february 2015 and has currently little more than 4 years.
It's a shame she only got an SR recently (which skin is quite good to use over the very old one you can see in this video) and not an upgrade to her SSR.
Her kit is the following:
1) DA/TA and 10% def down in the first skill
2) Gravity on second skill
3) 15% Debuff resistance down on third skill
4) Party wide mirror image on ougi
Right now her only two roles are to guarantee that debuffs to land (thanks to her third skill) and give some survivability to the party through her mirror image.
I sure hope Cygames has planned an FLB for her because I learned to like her character watching the SR fate episode.
In this video as you may have noticed Baal wasn't able to do almost anything as all the coma landed perfectly. This is because of a combination of things stacking up:
75% base success rate + 10% from Nio's passive + 15% from Carmelina's debuff + 30% from Andira's buff + 12% from the ring I gave Nio + 10% from EMP = 152% base success rate before enemy resistances.
