Conan (from the Detective Conan anime series) was the third light free SSR we got after Mikazuki and Sakura. Conan has a very unique skill set covering a broad range of applications that can be very useful to new players.
Conan's kit is:
1) Ougi gives 20% charge boost to self
2) First skill makes Conan unable to attack for 3 turns during which he gives various buffs to the entire party.
Upon Cast) Veil + 50% def up for 4 turns
First turn) 50% normal atk up for 3 turns
Second Turn) 50% def down (local) to all enemies for 2 turns
Third turn) 100% DA + 20% echo for 2 turns
3) Second skill inflicts Tracked status causing the enemy to receive more damage from Conan's CA.
4) Third skill is a nuke with a chance to land a “stunned” effect (similar to a local paralyze)
5) Fourth skill is C.A. Instant Standby (Ignition)
6) His passive lowers his def by 30%, but gives him 20% increased charge bar fill speed.
As you can see his buffs are pretty good (even if not being able to attack is a huge penalty) and having ignition is always nice.
This was, for me, the moment where they started to think more about making these collab characters more usable (as it'll be more evident with Joker later).
